If you can't access the ipdtl.com and sip.audio websites but other sites such as this one load fine (and your SIP client(s) are failing to register), it's quite possible that your IP address has been blocked from our servers as a security precaution.

Contact us via a support ticket, and we'll have you back up and running in no time.

Why did this happen?
Our servers are under constant attack by bad actors, and so we have mechanisms to keep them at bay. One thing that can trigger this, is multiple attempts to log in with the wrong credentials. A wrongly configured SIP client will keep trying with the bad credentials, and before long, our servers will take preventative action, as a failsafe.

Whitelisting
We strongly recommend contacting us with your organisation's public IP address(es), so that we can add these to our whitelist; so long as the address(es) are clearly controlled by a credible entity.
