How do I call a Zoom meeting using SIP?

SUMMARY

It is possible to call into a Zoom meeting using sip.audio and therefore also from ipDTL.

ZOOM PREREQUISITES

The Zoom account which is hosting the meeting, must have the Conference Room Connector included in its Zoom Workplace subscription.

CALLING INTO A ZOOM MEETING

  • From your SIP device (or ipDTL), enter the SIP address in the following format...
    [meeting ID]@zoomcrc.com
  • If the meeting has a passcode, you'll hear a voice prompt to enter it, followed by the # key.
    The SIP device must support DTMF sending, to use this method.
