To add, amend, or remove Usernames included in your subscription, log into the sip.audio or ipDTL website as an admin, and click 'Global Admin'. To change your subscribed features and modify your AutoPay amount, click 'Manage Subscription'.

There is a risk that Usernames may be deleted, if you downgrade your subscription, and so it's safest to contact us first, so that we can manually delete any Usernames that are not required, prior to downgrading.
